Something went wrong?
We’re not corporate. We’re two creatives trying to ship magic between class projects and caffeine crashes. But if we mess up — or something arrives weird — we’ll fix it.

Include your order number and a photo if it’s a quality issue. We’ll sort it quickly (and kindly).
What we can fix:
Misprints
Wrong item sent
Major damage (not, like, “my tote got wrinkled in the mail”)
What we can’t take back:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect sizing if it matches our size chart
“I thought it’d be softer” (our shirts are soft. Please trust.)
How long do I have to reach out?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review, approve, and ship a replacement or refund you — fast and fuss-free.
Do I need to send it back?
Usually no. If the item’s unusable, you probably won’t have to return it. (We’re not trying to make you ship sad things back.)
Exchanges?
We don’t offer standard exchanges because we make items on demand. But if you picked the wrong size, reach out — we might be able to help at a discount.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once approved. Give it a few business days to process. We’ll keep you updated like it’s finals week and we’re waiting on grades.
